You are limited to withdrawing 2 500 euros per week at an ATM or in your bank branch.

You can place an order online for up to 25 000 euros in banknotes and up to 2 500 euros in coins. You can choose how many of each denomination of banknote and coin you require. The smallest denomination for banknotes is 5 euros and the largest 500 euros. This option is not available to you at an ATM.

When you order online, you don’t have to indicate the account to be debited. You do that when you pick up your order at your bank branch.

... and pick it up without fuss at your branch

Once you’ve placed your order, select the branch where you’d like to collect the banknotes and/or coins. You’ll only need to visit your branch once as your order will be waiting for you.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an e-mail advising you of the delivery date. Your order will be ready for collection within 5 business days at most.
