No doubt you're closely following developments regarding the coronavirus (Covid-19). We're doing the same at KBC Brussels, because guaranteeing the well-being and safety of our customers and employees is paramount.
Acting responsibly to deal with the rapidly changing situation
We are closely following the advice and guidelines drawn up by the government. For us, it is important to limit the risks to both customers and employees, while ensuring that our services and payment capabilities continue to be provided as usual.
How does this affect you?
Together with the other Belgian financial institutions, we have decided to open our branches and agencies by appointment only as of Wednesday 18 March 2020. You can rest assured that we have taken every precaution necessary to ensure your visit takes place under the safest possible conditions.
Prefer not to leave your home for the next few days?
We understand only too well if you'd rather not. We’ll still be on hand to help if you need us:
- Feel free to call your KBC Brussels branch (on their general number) or insurance agent
- Contact our KBC Brussels Live experts using our KBC Brussels Mobile app or call them on 02 303 31 60 (weekdays 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. – Saturdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m)
- Do your key banking and insurance business online on your phone, tablet or computer using our KBC Brussels Mobile and KBC Brussels Touch apps
We’re still there for you
