If you report the death in KBC Brussels Touch, we’ll know who you are right away. Use your own KBC Brussels Touch application, not the deceased's.

If you report the death in KBC Brussels Mobile, we’ll know who you are right away. Use your own KBC Brussels Mobile application, not the deceased's.
2. You’re a KBC Brussels customer but don’t use our apps
Fill in the form below to quickly and easily report the death online. Be sure to send along the death certificate too, so we can start processing everything right away.
Of course, you’re also welcome to go to any KBC Brussels branch or to the KBC Brussels Insurance agency where the deceased was a customer.
3. You’re not a KBC Brussels customer
