Notifying us that a client has died

Please report a death to KBC Brussels as soon as possible. We’ll send you all the initial information you need following a death and start taking care of the relevant banking and insurance matters.

Shortly afterwards, a staff member from the Estates department will get in touch to let you know about what you need to arrange and when.

1. You’re a customer of KBC Brussels and you use KBC Brussels Touch

If you report the death in KBC Brussels Touch, we’ll know who you are right away. Use your own KBC Brussels Touch application, not the deceased's.
