Replace a faulty debit card

My debit card doesn’t work. What should I do?

If your debit card is defective, you can request a new one using KBC Brussels Touch or KBC Brussels Mobile. Either way, you’ll get your new card by post within five banking days.

If you’re under 18, you’ll need to ask one of your parents or your legal guardian to apply for you.

How do I apply for a replacement debit card using KBC Brussels Touch?

  1.  Log in to KBC Brussels Touch and click or tap ‘More’ under the top menu bar
  2. Go to ‘Bank cards’
  3. Select your defective debit card
  4. Open the ‘Manage’ tab
  5. Hit ‘Block or replace’ at the top right
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions

How do I apply for a replacement debit card using KBC Brussels Mobile?

  1. Log in to KBC Brussels Mobile
  2. Tap ‘My KBC’

  3. Tap your defective debit card
  4. Hit ‘Block or replace’
  5. Select ‘Replace your card’
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions

Urgently need a new debit card? Just go to your KBC Brussels branch and get yourself a KBC Brussels Go Card on the spot. You can use it until you receive your new debit card.
