Cera’s Annual General Meeting will be held on 8 June 2019. You can register online here until 27 May 2019.

Only members or their legal representatives can attend the meeting.

Legal representatives can take part on behalf of minor children. Just indicate on the online registration form that you’re doing so to have them registered under your name.
If your partner also registers, your minor children will be registered along with whoever registers first.

One member can represent another by written authorisation. Just indicate on the online registration form that you’re registering yourself and another member by proxy.
Only Cera’s proxy form with this year’s agenda items will be accepted. It is available on the Cera website.

Get the member you’re representing to complete and sign the proxy form and take it with you to the meeting for verification.
You can only represent one other member by proxy, such as your partner or adult child.
