More information about MyMobility

We use KBC Brussels Mobile to provide a hub where you can look for both second-hand and new cars. Choosing a car through KBC Brussels Mobile offers a number of benefits.

For new cars, you can enjoy a substantial discount on the price of the car and also earn Kate Coins when you purchase it. For second-hand cars, you get to choose from a wide selection of quality cars that come from the various reputable partners we work with. You can likewise earn Kate Coins when you purchase one of these cars.

Another benefit is that you can immediately take out a loan and/or insurance, if required, for the car concerned and also earn Kate Coins. It’s important to point out that when you purchase a car, you purchase it from one of our partners. KBC Brussels’s role is solely to serve as a hub that facilitates finding a suitable car.

The cars we make available come from one of our partners. For new cars, KBC Brussels works directly with a number of major importers, with other importers being added in the future so that even more cars can be offered.

For second-hand cars, we collaborate with various partners. Here too, KBC Brussels aims to work with more partners in the future in order to systematically expand the range of cars on offer.

When you like the look of a car that’s on offer, you can add it to your list of favourites. This not only makes it easier to find them again later, it is also essential for taking the next steps if you decide on a particular car.

To be able to enjoy all the benefits offered by KBC Brussels, it’s important that a link can always be made between the steps you take and the car you want. If a car isn’t marked as a favourite, you’ll ultimately not be able to get a discount and/or redeem Kate Coins.

To add a car to your favourites, simply tap the heart icon at the top right.

If you’re interested in a certain car and you’ve already added it to your favourites, go to your list of favourites to see what steps you can take next for the car in question.

You can contact the partner concerned and schedule an appointment to view the car. If you’ve already bought the car, you can tap through to where you upload your purchase order or invoice.

You can also start applying or complete an application to take out a loan or insurance.

You can use MyMobility to earn Kate Coins in different ways. If you buy one of our partner’s cars from the range we offer, you’ll be able to claim your first 50 Kate Coins. To receive them, you must upload your purchase order or invoice at the relevant place in MyMobility.

In addition, if you take out a loan and/or insurance for this car, you’ll receive an additional 100 Kate Coins each time. If you purchase the car before March 2026, you’ll have to be patient and wait until then to receive your Kate Coins. If you buy a car in or after March 2026, you’ll get your Kate Coins right away.

Turning off the extra convenience service in KBC Brussels Mobile also indicates that you don’t want to see personalised advertising. Nevertheless, you’ll still have access to the range of cars on offer, but you’ll be working with a simplified version of the dashboard that has fewer features.

In that case, you can still get a discount when buying a new car from one of our partners, but you won’t pick up the benefits offered by the Kate Coins. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you turn on ‘extra convenience’ and, by extension, ‘personalised advertising’ in order to enjoy all the benefits.

Please note that if you’ve changed your settings, you’ll need log in again to see your changes.

If you apply for a loan to finance a car that you found in the range on offer, you’re entitled to 100 Kate Coins. Be sure to upload your purchase order or invoice in MyMobility, as this is a requirement for receiving those 100 Kate Coins.

You’ll also get 50 Kate Coins when you upload your purchase order or invoice. Don’t forget to do this otherwise you’ll miss out on the benefits available.

If you apply to take out insurance for a car that you found in the range on offer, you’re entitled to 100 Kate Coins.

If you decide to go to the partner to view and possibly buy the car, it’s important that you take along our e-mail containing your personal code. When you’re viewing the on-screen details of a car that interests you, be sure to tap the button at the bottom of that screen. You’ll then see an overview of the benefits you can claim along with information on how to go about claiming them.

You can then generate your personal code, which you’ll receive by e-mail. This e-mail is used primarily for identification purposes at the partner. When you show the e-mail with your personal code to the employee, they’ll immediately know that you used MyMobility to find the car and are therefore entitled to the associated benefits.

If you purchase the car and then upload the purchase order or invoice in MyMobility, make sure that the personal code is included on it so you can receive your Kate Coins.

If you’re having problems with your personal code (e.g., you can't find it anymore or you didn't receive the e-mail containing it), be sure to contact KBC Brussels 24+ for specific assistance.

By carrying out this check, you can find out whether a car is affordable based on your specific situation and own financial resources. This gives you an initial idea of whether you’ll need to arrange additional finance.

You can specify whether or not you want to make a down payment when buying the car. You’ll then see a label next to each car in the offer, indicating whether the car is ‘probably affordable’ or ‘not really affordable’.

If it transpires that a car is not really affordable, you might consider applying for a loan (starting from 500 euros).

The details screen for a specific car contains a mini-calculator that you can use to run a simple loan simulation. In addition to entering any down payment you want to make, specify the amount you want to borrow (this can be between 500 euros and 100 000 euros) and how long you want to take to repay it. Then choose whether you want to take out a traditional loan or a Car Loan Plus. You pay a fixed amount each month with a traditional loan, whereas you pay a lower amount each month, but make a higher payment in the last month with a Car Loan Plus. It’s important to point out that you’re only running a simulation here and not submitting an official application for a loan. If you’re interested in the car and continue the process from the details screen, a tile appears on the next screen that enables you to start applying for the loan. You can also select a car from your list of favourites and tap the tile to proceed with an application.

If you’ve signed the loan but you’re still unsure, you still have 14 days to cancel your application.
