How do I log in to KBC Brussels Touch on my PC?
1. Log in and sign transactions using your phone & itsme®
It’s handy, fast and always on you: use your smartphone and the free itsme app to log in and authorise payments. You can find more information about itsme here.
2. Logging in and signing using your debit card and card reader
To do this, you need your KBC Brussels Debit Card and a KBC Brussels Card Reader equipped with a scan facility. You can log in by scanning the barcode. If you don't want to log in using the barcode, you'll need to generate an 8-digit start code instead on your card reader to do it. Watch the film clip on how to log in.
I can no longer log in using my PIN on my tablet. What should I do?
If your PIN doesn't work anymore when you try to log in to KBC Brussels Touch on your tablet, tap the 'Remove user' button at the top right of the log-in screen and confirm using the 'trash can' icon.
Next, tap ‘New user’ and follow the steps on the screen. To do this, you need to use your debit card and a KBC Brussels Card Reader equipped with a scan facility just once. If you don't have this type of card reader, be sure to request one.
All you have to do now is set your new PIN, confirm twice and you're ready to go!
I've forgotten my PIN for KBC Brussels Touch on my tablet. What should I do now?
There's no need to worry, you can easily set a new one. Have your KBC Brussels Debit Card and KBC Brussels Card Reader to hand and tap 'Options' in the log-in screen. When you select ‘Log in using PIN', you will see 'Forgotten PIN' at the top right. Tap it and follow the steps on the screen.
How do I know if there's a new message for me in KBC Brussels Touch?
We can notify you by e-mail if there's a message for you. That way you never miss anything important from us. Just make sure your e-mail address has been added to KBC Brussels Touch.

- Tap or click 'Profile' at the top right of your screen then 'Client details'
- Enter your e-mail address

Check whether or not your computer or tablet still meets the correct system requirements. It could also be caused by a slow or poor Internet connection. If there are technical problems with KBC Brussels Touch, you will be told about them on Twitter and the homepage of KBC Brussels's website.
