Visit any of our branches or insurance agencies or call or video chat with KBC Brussels Live from the comfort of your home to book some time with one of our specialists.

Branches and insurance agencies

  • weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 noon (depending on the branch/agency)

KBC Live

  • weekdays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

KBC Live gives you the same expertise as a KBC branch staffed by people from your area, but by chat or phone and also in the evenings.

How to make an appointment?

Website (if you're not a client with us yet)

Not a client with us yet? Make an appointment through our appointments page .

  • Select the nature of your appointment.
  • Enter your postcode and select a branch.
  • Choose a date and time.
  • Enter the details we need from you, add additional ones if necessary and hit 'Confirm'.
  • We'll confirm your appointment by e-mail to the address you provided and we'll also send you a free text message to remind you of your appointment a few hours in advance.

In KBC Brussels Mobile

Tap Communication at the bottom. Go to Contact and select Your appointments.

  • Tap the ‘+’ icon.
  • Tap Appointment.
  • Select the nature of your visit.
  • Choose how you want to speak with us: at your KBC Brussels Bank branch, by phone or by video chat.
  • Choose a date. Use the arrows to choose another date. 
  • Select a time. Swipe to see more possible times.
  • Enter the details in the next screen and tap Continue at the bottom to see your appointment details. 
  • Hit Confirm and you're done!

In KBC Brussels Touch

Go to contact at the top right of your screen. Click or tap Make an appointment under ‘My contacts’.
  • Select the nature of your appointment.
  • Tick how you want to speak to us: at your branch, by phone or using video chat.
  • Choose a date and time. Use the arrows to see more time slots.
  • The time you select will be shown at the bottom left of your screen.
  • Hit Next at the bottom right.
  • Enter your details in the next screen, click or hit Confirm and you're done!
