A money market fund is not a guaranteed investment. Investing in a money market fund differs from investing in a deposit because the value of the capital invested can vary. A money market fund does not rely on external support to guarantee its liquidity or to stabilize the net asset value per unit. Any loss on exit is borne by the investor.
The fund may invest up to 100 % of the assets in various money market instruments issued or guaranteed, separately or jointly, by the European Investment Bank, the European Stability Mechanism, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain.
