Whose data does KBC Brussels use?

We define several categories of individuals whose personal data we collect and process:

•  KBC Brussels customers: All former and existing customers or individuals who have an indirect contractual relationship with us, for instance a co-borrower (including minors).
• Platform users: Have no customer relationship with KBC Brussels but use the Additional services in the KBC Brussels Mobile app).
• Prospects: Potential customers, including KBC Brussels Mobile  users who do not have KBC Brussels financial or insurance products
• Owners of one or more immovable properties in Belgium: They do not necessarily have a customer relationship with KBC Brussels, but own one or more properties in Belgium.
• Individuals involved in the execution of customer orders:  Your data may be processed if:
  • You are beneficiary of a transaction
  • You have been designated as an ultimate beneficial owner/(legal) representative of a customer (including legal entities), for example through the KBC Brussels Business Dashboard
  • You are a member of our customer’s staff
