You can ask to restrict the processing of your data

In some cases, you may ask KBC Brussels to restrict processing of your personal data. Exercise of this right is conditional. You may exercise your right to restrict processing:

• During the period needed by KBC Brussels to verify the accuracy of your personal data if you challenge the accuracy of personal data concerning you that KBC Brussels processes;
• Where processing is unlawful but you do not want the personal data erased;
• When KBC Brussels no longer has a purpose for processing the personal data but you still need it in connection with a legal claim;
  Pending KBC Brussels’s reply to whether KBC Brussels’s legitimate interest weighs more importantly than yours when you have exercised your right to object to processing for which KBC Brussels invokes its legitimate interest as legal basis.
