If you have a complaint concerning exercise of your rights, KBC Complaints Management will be happy to look into it. You can contact KBC Complaints Management in any of the following ways:

You can also always contact the ‘Data Protection Officer’ at KBC Brussels by writing a letter to KBC Group NV, Group Data Protection Unit (Group Compliance), Havenlaan 2, 1080 Brussels, or sending an e-mail to dataprotection@kbc.be.
