Developing and providing certain services

- We may process personal data in connection with the development, training and deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) systems or other innovative technologies for the various purposes described in this data protection statement. For example, AI can be used to achieve operational efficiency or automate decision-making processes.
- Using control groups to develop and improve products or services. Here, customers are randomly assigned to groups in order to learn how certain products or services are experienced or used by customers. This helps KBC Brussels, for example, to better tailor its offerings to the needs of its customers.
