What is the KBC Brussels Business Dashboard?

The KBC Brussels Business Dashboard is an online banking portal for use on a tablet or desktop. It ensures you can do your business banking with ease, allowing you to navigate seamlessly to your other banking applications, such as:

Where can I find KBC Brussels Online for Business?

You will find KBC Brussels Online for Business on the start screen of the Business Dashboard. All the main functions have been placed there for you, with a full list displayed at the top of the screen. They are grouped under the headings 'Payments', 'Cash', 'Finance', 'Insurance' and 'Administration'.

Logging in

How do I log in for the first time using the KBC Brussels e-Business Card?

  1. Download Internet Explorer 11
  2. Install your Card, card reader and security software
  3. Connect your card reader to your computer
  4. Open Internet Explorer 11
  5. Navigate to the KBC Brussels home page for businesses and click the blue ‘Login' button at the top right of the screen.
  6. Select KBC Brussels Business Dashboard
  7. Choose your language
  8. Register as a new user
  9. Insert your Card into the card reader and click ‘Login’
  10. Enter your PIN and confirm it

You are now logged in. Your profile will be saved, so that next time you log in you only need to select your account.

How do I log in for the first time using KBC Brussels Sign?

When logging in for the first time with KBC Brussels Sign, you must first activate the app.

Activate the app

  1. Download the app
  2. Open KBC Brussels Sign on your smartphone
  3. Choose your language
  4. Tap ‘Register now
  5. Tap ‘I have a user ID and QR code’
  6. Enter your user ID (this is the 13-digit code that you received when requesting the app)
  7. Scan the QR code (you will find this in the letter or e-mail you received recently)
  8. Choose a code

Log in

  1. Go to the login page on your PC or tablet
  2. Select ‘Smartphone + KBC Brussels Sign app’
  3. Open KBC Brussels Sign on your smartphone. Go to the menu.
  4. Select ‘My profile’ and confirm with your code. You will now see your Login ID.
  5. Enter your Login ID in the login page on your PC or tablet and confirm
  6. Open KBC Brussels Sign again and tap ‘login’. Scan the QR code on your computer screen.
  7. Enter your code on your smartphone
  8. Congratulations! You have now logged in to the KBC Brussels Business Dashboard.

How do I log in?

If you are logging in to the Business Dashboard for the first time, take a quick look at the questions above. If you are a regular user, read on.

  1. Navigate to the KBC Brussels home page for businesses
  2. Tap or click the blue ‘Login' button at the top right of the screen
  3. Choose ‘KBC Brussels Business Dashboard’
  4. Choose your language
  5. Select a user
  6. - To log in with your smartphone, open KBC Brussels Sign, tap ‘Login’ and scan the QR code on your computer screen. Then enter your code in the KBC Brussels Sign screen and tap ‘OK’. You are now logged in.

    - If you want to log in with your e-Business Card, enter your PIN and press ‘OK’. You are now logged in.

What do I need in order to log in?

• If you want to log in securely without a bank card, you will need a smartphone and the KBC Brussels Sign app.

• If you would like to log in with a card, you will need the e-Business Card (or Isabel card) and a KBC Brussels Card Reader. You will receive these automatically once you have requested the KBC Brussels Business Dashboard.

If you use a Mac computer, you can only log in with KBC Brussels Sign and your smartphone.

What should I do if logging in fails?

It could be due to one of these causes.


• You can only log in with Internet Explorer 11 and the following operating systems:

o Windows 7 Service Pack 1
o Windows 8.1
o Windows 10

• If you use a Mac computer, you cannot log in with the KBC Brussels e-Business Card. Use KBC Brussels Sign instead to log in.

• If you haven’t yet installed the KBC Brussels Security software, you will need to do so in order to be able to log in securely.

• Another possibility is that your %%product.ebusineskaart%% has not been activated. If it hasn’t been activated, you cannot log in. How to activate the e-Business Card.

How do I install the Business Dashboard on a new computer?

If you're already familiar with the Business Dashboard but want to use it on a different computer, read on.

If you use KBC Sign

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click ‘KBC Brussels Business Dashboard’.
  3. Choose your language.
  4. Select the option ‘Smartphone + KBC Sign app’
  5. Open the KBC Brussels Sign app on your smartphone. Go to the menu.
  6. Select ‘My profile’ and confirm using your code. You will now see your Login ID.
  7. Enter your Login ID in the login page on your PC or tablet and confirm.

If you use the KBC Brussels e-Business Card

  1. Log in as the administrator on your computer.
  2. Download the security software.
  3. Go to the login page.
  4. Click ‘KBC Brussels Business Dashboard’.
  5. Choose your language.
  6. Select ‘I have a security card and card reader’ and log in.

How do I download KBC Brussels Sign?

You can download KBC Brussels Sign for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

How do I sign with KBC Brussels Sign?

  1. Open KBC Brussels Sign on your smartphone
  2. Tap ‘Sign
  3. You will now see a summary of the transaction. Check to make sure all the information is correct and tap ‘Sign’ again.
  4. Enter your code and confirm it
  5. Your transaction has now been signed

KBC Brussels Sign isn’t working. What should I do?

How do I switch from the KBC Brussels e-Business Card to KBC Brussels Sign?

Contact either the administrator of your KBC Brussels Business Dashboard or your KBC Brussels branch. They are the only ones who can change the security procedure for you.

Important: this is not possible for users of KBC Brussels Online for Business Local.

How do I activate the KBC Brussels e-Business Card and the card reader?

How do I switch from KBC Brussels Sign to the KBC Brussels e-Business Card?

In principle, this is not possible. Switching from Sign to the e-Business Card is only possible if you re-register in your KBC Brussels branch.

Important: Mac users can only use KBC Brussels Sign.
 

Other questions

How do I register as a new user?

If your company uses the KBC Brussels Business Dashboard and you would also like to access it, ask the administrator of the Business Dashboard to register you as a new user. Only the administrator can add more users.

Where can I download the security software?

Download the security software here.

• Make sure you are using your computer as an administrator. The software installs itself automatically.

• The software does not work on Mac computers. Mac users can log in securely and sign with KBC Brussels Sign.
