You do this the same way as you do for other apps on your phone (this differs, depending on whether you have an iPhone or an Android phone).
The app deactivates after 20 minutes of not using it. If you want to use it again, you need to re-enter your secret code.

No, you can’t. For security reasons, both the user ID and the QR activation code can be used just once to activate the app.

With certain models of smartphones, it's best if you scan the QR code from a little further away.
Vary the distance between your smartphone camera and the QR activation code to get the camera to focus on the QR code.

Yes, you can. Just install the app on the other smartphone. Remember that a user can only ever be active on one smartphone. Once your KBC Brussels Sign for Business user profile is active on the new smartphone, you'll no longer be able to log in on the old smartphone.

No. If you log in to the KBC Brussels Business Dashboard using KBC Brussels Sign for Business, you cannot carry out any e-government transactions. You'll need to log in directly to the Belgian federal finance department (FOD/FIN) using either your eID card, itsme or Isabel or via an external third party.
