- Go to ‘Home’
- Select the home loan you want to modify
- Log in to KBC Brussels Mobile
- Go to ‘My KBC Brussels’ at the bottom of the screen
- Scroll to ‘Loans’ and select the home loan you want to modify
- You no longer need part of your loan because the work on your home turns out to be cheaper than you first estimated
- You want to make an early repayment
- You're struggling with your monthly repayment
- You want to modify your loan because you and your partner are separating or you have a new partner
- You are looking for your tax certificate
