Each invoice for the withdrawal of your home loan must meet a number of conditions such as:
- The invoice must be in the name of (one of) the borrowers.
- The descriptions on the invoice must match the purpose for which you took out the home loan.
- The invoice must not yet have been paid with your own funds.
- Is an environmental permit (formerly a building permit) required for the works? Then you must first send it to us before you can dispose of the amount of the home loan.
- Order forms or quotations are not withheld from payment of the housing loan.
Have you taken out a home loan to finance a property in Wallonia where you may be entitled to a tax deduction under the chèque habitat?
