The benefits of our powers of attorney tool
Powers of attorney are essential to getting your firm's payments moving smoothly, but the traditional way to manage them and the related paperwork is often slow, prone to errors and time-consuming. The powers of attorney tool in the KBC Brussels Business Dashboard lets you take matters into your own hands. You can manage powers of attorney completely digitally, which means you always have a clear overview and you stay in control of things.
How do you manage your powers of attorney?
The powers of attorney tool in the KBC Brussels Business Dashboard allows you to easily manage powers of attorney yourself. You get more control over payments and authorisations and you can set limits for credit transfers. You can indicate who is authorised to make payments, who can receive a transfer and specify that more than one agent has to sign for higher payments.
Only legal entities that are (jointly) contracted to use the KBC Brussels Business Dashboard can use the powers of attorney tool. The administrator can activate power of attorney management for themselves and other users in the KBC Brussels Business Dashboard.
Go to ‘Settings’, then ‘Overview of business settings’ and select ‘Power of attorney authorisers’.
Yes, you can set clauses requiring a second signature for transactions above a certain amount or involving specific receiving accounts.
It’s easy for you to remove their power of attorney. This prevents former employees from still having access to your accounts.
The powers of attorney tool is part of your KBC Brussels Business Dashboard environment and is completely free of charge.
