What do you need?
- Your KBC Brussels Debit Card
- Your KBC Brussels Card Reader equipped with a scan facility

KBC Brussels Invest on your computer
- Select ‘Log in’ at the top right on our website, then ‘KBC Brussels Invest’.
• Confirm that you have a KBC Brussels Debit Card and the required KBC Brussels Card Reader - Follow the on-screen instructions:
• Enter your card number (and save it so you don’t have to enter it again)
• Insert your debit card (chip first) into the card reader
• Press ‘LOGIN’ twice in succession on the card reader
• Enter the start code on the card reader and press ‘OK’
• Enter your PIN on the card reader and press ‘OK’
• Enter the login code that now appears on the card reader in the relevant on-screen field
• Hit ‘Log in’ - Tick to accept the applicable regulations (you only need to do this the first time you log in to KBC Brussels Invest), then confirm using your KBC BrusselsCard Reader.
That’s you logged in! You can now log in on your computer using your card reader and debit card.

KBC Brussels Invest on your tablet
You only need to log in once with your card reader. Once you’ve done so and completed a few steps, you can always log in to KBC Brussels Invest with a PIN of your choosing.
- Enter your card number on your computer screen.
- Insert your KBC Brussels Debit Card (chip first) into the card reader.
- Create a 5-digit PIN and confirm your choice.
- Tick to accept the applicable regulations (you only need to do this the first time you log in to KBC Brussels Invest), then confirm using your KBC Brussels Card Reader.
That’s you logged in! You can now log in on your tablet without needing your card reader.

Security
Security is a top priority for us, especially when it comes to online banking and insurance. That’s why KBC Brussels Invest has security software that protects you against hackers and viruses on your computer and tablet.
The five-digit PIN on your tablet is just as secure as your card reader, since logging in is only possible using the personally chosen PIN registered in your name. If you enter an incorrect PIN three times in a row, you’ll have to register again using your card reader and debit card. Another security feature is automatic logout after a few minutes of inactivity. Stay alert at all times and never divulge your personal details or PINs to anyone.
