Your current wealth management service contract will be discontinued on 27 November 2021
This applies to the following contracts:
- KBC Brussels Wealth Management Service Plus
- KBC Brussels Wealth Management Service Select
- KBC Brussels Wealth Management Service Smart
- KBC Brussels Easy Invest Service Extra

You will no longer be able to make contactless payments using KBC Brussels Mobile on or after 21 September 2021
The insurance linked to your credit card will change on 31 December 2021
On that date, we will end the optional “Financial Protection” Insurance (premium-based) that is linked to your Flex Budget credit facility. The four types of cover below are included under that insurance policy:
- Work disability
- Severe health issues
- Financial loss due to forced cash withdrawal
These different types of cover, which are included in a group contract that is due to end on 31 December 2021, will also end on that date.
The payment and credit terms applying to your credit card with Flex Budget facility remain unchanged.

The guaranteed interest rate for your Life Capital (Invest) product is scheduled to change on 1 January 2022
The interest guarantee period is currently one year, but will change to one month on the above date. This means that KBC Insurance may decide to change the guaranteed rate on a monthly basis.
The current rate will remain in place and is guaranteed for the existing reserves and on any new amounts paid in up to and including 31 January 2022.
Unless KBC Insurance communicates a change in the guaranteed rate, it will be extended each time by a month.
The guaranteed interest rate for your Épargne-Plus-Hospitalisation is scheduled to change on 1 January 2022
On that date, the guaranteed rate of 0.50% ends for the amount(s) you paid into your Épargne-Plus-Hospitalisation in 2002 and/or 2013. From then on, we guarantee a rate of 0.01% on the capital sum you have accumulated and on any new amounts you pay in. The new rate of interest is guaranteed for eight years.
The guaranteed interest rate for your Plan Santé is scheduled to change on 1 January 2022
On that date, the guaranteed rate of 0.50% ends for the amount(s) you paid into your Plan Santé in 2002 and/or 2013. From then on, we guarantee a rate of 0.01% on the capital sum you have accumulated and on any new amounts you pay in. The new rate of interest is guaranteed for eight years.
