To date, you have been receiving an overview of your interest and charges each year as an annex to your account statements. To enable a comparison to be made between accounts, it has been decided at EU level to introduce a standard "Statement of fees" for all banks.
By no later than the end of February 2021, therefore, you will receive a Statement of fees with a detailed overview of the fees you have paid and the interest you have paid or received for each of your personal safe-deposit boxes, savings accounts, time deposit accounts and current accounts.
If you currently use KBC Brussels Mobile or KBC Brussels Touch, you can find the Statement of fees under "Communication" > "Documents".
