Don't worry. Be sure not to uninstall KBC Brussels Sign for Business from your smartphone. You can solve the problem in a number of ways:

  • Use your bank card and card reader (version 2.0) to set a new code under 'Settings' in the app's left-hand menu.
  • Go to a non-cash ATM at one of our branches to reset your code. 

Call 016 43 20 00 at any time to block your KBC Brussels Sign for Business account. As soon as you have a new smartphone, you can easily reinstall KBC Brussels Sign for Business using your bank card and card reader (version 2.0). If you use our KBC Brussels Sign for Business app on the same phone, you don't even need your bank card for this. Your phone will detect that you're using KBC Brussels Mobile and guide you in activating KBC Brussels Sign for Business (using your 5-digit KBC Brussels Mobile PIN).
