Reporting your incapacity for work

  1. Report your incapacity for work to KBC Insurance
    • Complete the first part of the ‘Incapacity for work declaration’ form
    • Ask your doctor to complete the second part entitled ‘Medical certificate’
    • Send the form to

    • Or hand it in at a KBC Brussels Insurance agent of your choice
  2. Notify your health insurance fund
